Faulty washing machine

I'm very angry your service from this company is horrible.I purchase a top loader washing machine from Russell last year October only to find out the machine is giving us problems,I lodge a complaint 2 technicians have been sent,1 of them change the keyboard while the machine was making noise when you washing and when you spinning the machine was leaking water,so I didn't understand why they remove the keyboard though anyway after they removed that the washing machine is not working at all,so the situation is worse then after I lodge the complaint,ever since I bought that washing machine I'm not happy at all and it's been 2 months waiting for another technician I'm not happy with defy brand I wish I can get another washing machine because this one it's not fixable
