faulty washing machine

i bought a washing machine in 2012, A Twin Tub 13kg. I had many problems with the service as well as the machine and they came out and fixed the washing machine, however my machine went in not so long ago with the problem of my spinner not working and leakage within the machine. after weeks my machine was returned, however it now has the same problem of leaking. i have two kids which could have been badly hurt as the machine is now causing me to shock each time i use it.<br> the water leakage was so bad that my cupboards within my kitchen soaked up the water that came from the machine and you can literally see the damage done on flooring and cupboards. I'm at my wits end as what to do next as they keep on taking the machine away and it still comes back broken. i have two kids and every time they take the machine away, my washing piles up.<br> <br> please help
