Faulty Model

<p>Good day DEFY SA</p> <p>Went to GAME store in Durban @ 09h00 on 18th June 2016 to purchase NEW "Defy 5Kg White Front Load Tumble Dryer DTD258" that was on special. As NO Games stores had stock, i had to go to Game Warehouse in Queen Nandi Drive.</p> <p>1. Collected New Dryer, i took it home. After powering on unit, there was a horrible sound from drum like something was loose or something making contact with motor or something. Unit eventually stopped turning. I contacted Game again & was asked to take Dryer back to Warehouse to collect new one. </p> <p>2.When i was issued a Replacement, i had it check to see if all in order & no Drum "making contact noise". All 100%. I then took it home & powered dryer on to then discover its not Heating Up at all. I then again called Game store to complain. Game then told me to take Dryer back to Warehouse & to collect new one</p> <p>3. When i was issued with Replacement, i had it check 100% at Warehouse to discover same problem of not heating up & bad wire burning smell coming from Dryer. I then contacted Game Store again & asked for Full Refund as it seems All the units had Wiring defect of some sort. </p> <p>4. I then had to go to Game store to get Full Refund</p> <p> </p> <p>So from collecting 1st unit on 18th, DEFY wasted my whole SAT as was left with no Option but to get refund at 3pm...</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER buy DEFY product ever again & NEVER buy Appliance from a GAME store ever again even though GAME refunded me in Full...</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">old Defy Dryer for almost 25 years & still going but needed to get new model but it was not to be with this "worst experience of buying NEW appliance" in my life!!!!</span></p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely dissapointed!!!</p>
