faulty fridge defy/hifi-corp

Good day ,I’m sending this email with regards to broken defy fridge your sold me .I haven’t had this fridge for longer than 1 year but have two faults with it previously and now I have a third problem with it.Being that it makes an unbearable humming noise. My floor surface is even before you guys start saying that is the cause. It started a month go with me thinking it will go away but no everyday it’s getting worse. It’s clear an evident that from the start this fridge was faulty and should have sold to a client .I’m frustrated that every 3months I need to contact you guys for a repair. This is clearly not on and at this point a repair will not suffice but for you guys to issue a new one that is not faulty . can this be actioned with immediate response behalf its escalated further to the media and such fridge details- Defy 345lt fridge metallic c367 dac517 order number ********** 33 fridge was bought from hifi corp oakdene
