Faulty fridge and they lie about the replacement

Terrible service, purchased a fridge and it was faulty the technician came out and they sent an sms confirming that they will bring a new one, I called but they keep making empty promises this has been going on for a month now

A week later still no feedback, no communication no delivery when I call I’m told to ask for Roger who never answers. What is going Defy did we make a mistake from purchasing from you it’s a month and one week now no assistance from you
