Faulty fridge

We bought a fridge in 2018 Jan.... Double door that cost +-R10 000 the fridge has been giving us trouble ever since.... Every year we call defy to Co. E fix it as it is still under warranty.... It has become a norm I'm starting to feel like we got a raw deal... The food in the fridge is starting to spoil while we wait for defy to come fix it.... I would not recommend defy appliances to anyone especially a fridge that cost this much for such poor quality
