faulty fridge

My dad started working in 1991 and when he bought our 1st fridge it was defy fridge , believe it or not we used that fridge up until we bought the 1 on the picture below . We bout the new fridge at Game in 2016 it was on special for R10 000 , we saved up for the fridge and there was question of which brand we were buying .

From the day the fridge was bought it had a fault of not closing properly , so we thought its because it’s a new fridge . But in 2017 we went back to game Thohoyandou and a gentle man who sold it to us assisted in calling Defy and they came and assisted with the replacing of the door belt and he tried to fit it . But the door is not fixable , please look an the picture and look at how we close the door everyday . This is a fridge that is less that 5 years .Everyday we close with a bucket filled with water .

I am very disappointed at Defy and Game stores because during the whole process of trying to fix the faulty fridge employees made it sound as if I intentionally broke my own fridge . Its really uncomfortable to go into a store and now people treat you like an idiot because the fridge faulty and now I don’t even know what is the process of a warranty ncaa .

I am so ****ed when I think of the service I got at Game store . I feel as if I have donated R10 000 to Defy and Game ,come the process of fixing your faulty things you treat us as if we are bothering you and we should go away .
