Faulty devy tumble dryer

I bought a Devy tumble dryer on 2024/07/28 and it's got an extended guarantee from Hirsch Silverlakes Pretoria. It broke down within a few months and the belt had to be replaced. A few months later broke down again the bearing had to be replaced. It's been making a terrible noise since. Last week it broke down again. The same technician came again opened it at said it's the belt again but he doesn't have parts. I believe this unit is a dud. No effort is being made to replace the whole unit. I'm a single mom with a disabled son. I took my whole savings to buy it. I need a solution ASAP. It's raining and I can't do our washing
