Faulty DEFY washing machine,****py appliances

i bought a DEFY machine from Makro and it was around April 2018,How ****py can your appliances be,anyways I am so frustrated because I am not sure who has to assist me.The Machine gives an error message 69 and stops washing .I have contacted Makro but they dont seem to care ,Also concerned about you as a company selling faulty products which leaves me frustrated
