Faulty defy stove

I bought a defy touch stove,on 16 November it was repaired and is still faulty and I have requested a replacement or refund from Makro and they claim it is defy s call. Technician said whole batch of this stove is faulty, so why should I keep having a technician at my house for a factory fault.
