Faulty Defy Machine

Please sort out your communication. Defy please return the washing machine to Teljoy so that they credit my account of the unit. Its been 3 months and yet again I'm going to be billed for a washing machine that I don't have. I keep getting the same story "we cant credit it off your account until Defy has delivered the machine back to us. Yet again I am being billed for a machine I don't have in my possession. What more must I do as I've calling regarding this matter since March this year.
