Faulty defy fridge

Bought a double door defy fridge from makro on the 15/10/2017 and ever since then it had broken down 2 or 3 times...the fridge was repaired with new fans then again with a new compressor...every time it broke down all my food items thawed out and went bad...i was never compensated for the items from defy or makro..defy refuses to replace the fridge and makro refuses to replace it...please may i have help on this situation
