Fast, excellent service

<p>My dishwasher was giving trouble last night so I sent in a service request on the defy website. (fantastic and easy to use website by the way) I received an e-mail early in the morning to confirm the request and to let me know that a technichian would contact me. The technichian contacted me at about lunch time (unfortunately didn't get his name) and was at my door within ten minutes. So friendly and he fixed the issue really quickly. All in all outstanding service from Defy, I am incredibly impressed. Thank you!</p>
