False advertising, zero customer service

<p>After visiting a leading appliance store and being presented with options, I decided to purchase a Defy dishwasher. The Defy consultant presented us with our scratch card which held a number in order for me to enter a competition. I tried several times in store without success. The consultant advised me to keep trying and come back to her if I still could not register, which i did. 4 days trying to register without success. The consultant then mailed her manager with my problem. This is 7 days ago and not even the decency to acknowledge receipt of my mail. Absolutely disgusting service. This makes me question the product if the staff are so unreliable and ineffectual.</p>
