False Advertising - Guaranteed Getaway

<p>After purchasing a defy appliance, I received a guaranteed getaway gift voucher.</p> <p>I followed all the steps in retriving the voucher, and app**** on line and have received no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent them messages via FB, where they have advised that they are trying to get the issue resolved but they still have not gotten back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have given up phoning TLC promotions helpine and holding on fthe lines + without even speaking to a consultant.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really like my accomadation that i have chosen to be finalized.</p>
