False advertising...GUARANTEED

<p>So I bought a Defy washing machine at Makro in November under the premise that a free holiday is guaranteed. I followed all steps and called TLC marketing after having sent the special code and I was promised a call back, after calling a thousand times trying to follow up and no one answering I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at the lengths that Defy has gone through to get sales but not meet their promises. I will never buy a Defy product due to this.</p>
