FALSE ADVERTISING

I have been in contact with almost every person in Defy regarding the so called Holiday that was falsely advertised as guaranteed. This was however false advertising as when i called the company they said they had disbursed all the holiday vouchers and the pamphlet that said guaranteed was not correct. When I called Defy they promised that they would call back. I have been calling them for a while the last being March/April. I am still waiting for the promised return call
