false advertising

<p>We got a defy front loading washing machine last year during their garenteed getaway promotion. after submitting the documents necessary i submitted dates and place. someone tried to call me but i missed the call and advised to please call back. To no avail. there after changed my dates as no one had gogtten back to me. after changing the dates to date- i have not had a response from them.</p>
