**** Warranty on Defy Appliances

The biggest mistake you can ever make is to buy Defy fridge. I bought a fridge on 3rd February and less than 10 days later the strip inside the door became loose and makes this funny sound when opening. I reported to Defy as i was told the appliance has the famous 5 years warranty which is wonderfully displayed on the door. A technician was sent after being promised few times he will come , when he eventually he told me what i told them it’s loose and they need to order a new one and replace the one on the fridge. It has been more than 14 days i’m still stuck with a new fridge that is fault from Defy. Do yourself a favor don’t EVER buy defy anything. I’m returning this fridge for my refund. Thanks for nothing even your what’s app service is useless as they make empty promises.
