<p>I bought a DEFY washing machine on a promotion that promised me a 4-night getaway for a family of 4. The prize was guaranteed, not a lucky draw. I sent an email and they sent me the booking form which I sent back promptly. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then there is no response, no reply on emails no feedback and the property where the booking has to be made doesn't know anything. This is false advertising, promoting something that is obviouly not going to happen.</p>
