Failure to exchange the defy fridge for more than 3 months.

We log a call morethan 3 months ago to fix my fridge, i bought this fridge last year in October. It been giving me problems since May they are failing to exchange the fridge,they send Technician to fix it but it unfixed they promised to exchange the fridge, it been 3 weeks they promised to exchange the fridge till today, they dont call if i call them they just hang up the call.
