Extremely slack after sales service!

I'm having the exact same problems with Defy as what everyone else seems to be having!

A PCB ordered for my washing machine (still under guarantee), THREE WEEKS ago, is still not available in the country! Why does it need to come from outside the country? DEFY APPLIANCES ARE MANUFACTURED IN SOUTH AFRICA for crying out loud!

However, if I am willing to pay for the PCB, I can source the PCB (genuine Defy) from two appliance parts suppliers on my doorstep... available immediately!

My queries and complaints, about slack service, have been escalated so many times, they're probably on the moon by now!

Defy don't even respond to Hellopeter so we're all actually just wasting our time venting here!
