Extremely frustrated

I had a terrible experience as I am still waiting for my aircon to be replaced it's now going 2 years and i also have extended warranty. I tried all avenues even went back to the store to be credited still no joy I really loved defy appliances as I have most of them at home now I would never recommend or purchase defy ever again.
