Extremely Disappointed – Faulty Washing Machine and No Support from Game

I purchased a Defy front loader washing machine from Game Stores Boksburg on 28/05/2025. Upon installation, the machine was defective right out of the box. A technician was finally sent on 03/06/2025, only to confirm that a part needed to be repaired.

Since then, I have made numerous follow-ups, and there has been absolutely no further feedback or action taken to resolve the issue. It has now been over a month, and I am still sitting with a brand-new, non-functional machine and zero communication from Game or the technician.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a reputable retailer. The constant delays and lack of accountability are beyond frustrating.
