We bought a defy fridge in 2019. We haven't had any joy in using the fridge as it gets too cold till it freezes everything including the drawers, even when we put the switch on 1. The drawers are weak, the water & milk holders are broken because they crack. The freezer drawers are also broken. This is due to the quality of the plastic used to make those drawers. We no longer want the fridge and we'd very much appreciate it if defy gave use a new fridge, the fridge is not even 5 years old but it no longer has drawers.
Can defy please have the fridge exchanged for another one. The quality of this product is not it

Unfortunately as per the terms and conditions of the warranty- "Fragile items such as glass, ceran tops, bulbs, cosmetic components, discoloration of components due to water, chemicals or heat, or damage caused by usage and/or cleaning is specifically excluded as a warranty claim". This unit is not eligible for exchange or a new unit.
We can gladly assist you with your nearest service centre if you require new drawers for your unit.
