Excellent service from Defy - Kopano Mosiane

I would like to congratulate Defy for appointing a competent, informed person by the name of Kopano Mosiane. After various discussions and receiving poor service from Makro where I purchased my Defy appliance, it took one phone call directly to the OEM (Defy), where I had the privilege to talk to Kopano, who assisted me immediately. As much as my issue has not been resolved, the professional service I received from Defy, specifically Kopano is appreciated. I appreciate this. Feedback to customers is underrated.
