Excellent service from Defy

I am not sure about the rest of the country but in Port Elizabeth the after sales service from Defy is second to none. Ian Lamb is the local technician that our family calls whenever a Defy appliance needs attention. He is prompt and reliable. We have also recently used the national call centre for a washing machine that is still under warranty. The response was quick and courteous and I am sure the part needed will be here in no time!
