Excellent Service!

I had purchased a kitchenaire stove oven 621, the stovetop worked excellent but the oven was very slow. I had gone back to the place i had purchased it and they logged a call to defy for me and within a few days defy got a technician to call me and later that day they came in and changed the thermostat after which my oven has been working extremely well better than i expected. Thank you Defy durban and to the two kind and friendly technicians that came through and explained everything nicely and calmly.
