Excellent service and attitude

I purchased a Defy fridge from Makro in January, and it suddenly stopped working. I spoke to Lillian at Defy, they were professional and helpful and sent a repair man out the next day, I got a call in the morning to confirm you would be at my house after lunch. The repair team were also very friendly and professional. Thank you for such great service!
