Excellent Service all 'round- especially Thando the Receptionist!

I called and admittedly, the first time it took almost ten minutes for the phone to be answered. Obviously a busy reception switchboard. I'm glad I was patient because once the phone DID get answered, the receptionist Thando was incredibly kind, informative and really, really helpful. She went beyond the call of duty, helped me understand the warranty on my stove, spoke to the technicians and early the following day, my stove was fixed. The techies themselves communicated brilliantly, called me before they came and brought the part they needed. They were at my house for about 15 minutes and the issue was resolved. Very grateful and very impressed.
