Excellent service

Gladys Malebye was absolutely amazing!! After more than 3 months of my dishwasher standing at defy service center in Springfield she sorted out the issue almost immediately. How they could not do it the first time around is beyond me. But give credit where it's due Gladys was absolutely brilliant, friendly and performed a miracle. If she did not intervene I probably would be waiting another 3 months. Thank you so much
