Enquiry about the DAW384 Defy 7Kg Front Loader Washing Machine

First, I love and trust your brand. 🥰 Recently bought the DFF440 492L Boutique Noire French Door Fridge with Water Dispenser - Premium Black Brushed Metal Finish and it's top tier. Well done. Very quiet too.👌🏽 Also bought the DMO 390 microwave. Looks good in the kitchen.

However the DAW384 Defy 7Kg Front Loader Washing Machine - Manhattan Grey is so LOUD when spinning! I'd been using a DAW382 Defy 6Kg Front Loader Washing Machine - Manhattan Grey for about 5 years and it was quiet. This newly acquired 7kg is just too noisy. Is this normal?
