Embarrassment of a once proudly SA company!
Do not ever buy a Defy product!
Defy is NOT the once proudly South African company it once was! It now appears to be a subsidiary of Arçelik, a Turkish company.
Support is useless, customer assistance / satisfaction does not exist!
Buy Hisense, Samsung....anything else *but* Defy!
