Double fridge rubber door not working

We bought defy double fridge at game woodlands Pretoria Black Friday November 2018 last year it stopped working on the freezer side reported it and they come fixed ,suddenly last year the freezer rubber on the door not working ,so the door couldn't closed properly

We wasted food last year o need that defy appliance to replace my fridge not fixing it
