Don't trust Defy and its products

. We bought a Defy double door oven from in 2017 with extended warranty at Makro. Sometime in 2023 when opening it the top door fell and the the glass door broke. When we checked we realised it was a hinge that bent. Surely the top oven is not accessible to kids and we have only boys that are not into cooking. It therefore was a product failure which Makro reffered to the manufacturer but Defy did not accept that their double door expensive oven had it's hinges that collapsed and disappointed a client. We now have an ugly looking expensive kitchen piece of furniture from Defy. Disappointment is an understatement. We would like to warn other people to know that should the same fate befall you, you cannot rely on Defy they are not keeping to their brand promise.
