DONT PURCHASE DEFY EVER...Pathetic ...defy ....Pathetic

This is going on since January. The oven gets so hot on the plate and nobs that you burn... 4 defy technicians came out and all have different answers as to what is wrong with the oven. 1st one said it is because no fan in oven and the installers messed up. 2nd said the 🕳 holes is there and no ventilation. 3rd said there is something wrong and he said he will change the thermostat and we should see if it is still hot.... IT IS STILL HOT. AND FUNNY ENOUGH THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH VENTILATION. 4TH ONE SAID. IT IS NOT RIGHT FOR THE OVEN TO DO THIS. SO IF ALL TECHNICIANS SAY IT IS WRONG. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. DEFY IS THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER PURCHASE FROM AS THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEN YOU AS A CLIENT NEEDS TO PHONE AFTER THEM SO YOU CAN GET AN ANSWER..... WORST THEN WORST YOU CAN NOT GET. BUT DEFY IS THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE. WELL DONE DEFY FOR THE WORST OVEN AND SERVICE YOU CAN GIVE A CUSTOMER.....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE DEFY APPLIANCES EVER. Just got a call from defy after i had to call once again.... and now they don't want to change the oven. So basically they are happy for a customer to burn themselves because of the bad oven .....defy doesn't care at all.....
