Don’t have a Defy fridge it’s useless to the core! Stay away! Rather invest in a Samsung it’s well worth it!

Defy is the worse possible company to deal with! I bought a Defy fridge about 2 years ago, and within those 2 years I had made several calls for technicians to come over to attend to my fridge which wasn’t cooling enough and as a result of that all my food and dairy products went off. I have also sent several emails to Defy some were rep**** to and some weren’t however they all followed the some trend and sent out a technician that did the exact same thing previously technicians did. I can’t understand how Defy being such a huge cooperation dealing with thousands of clients can’t see a problem with the fridge!!! I’ve received numerous visits from technicians but nothing is working to it’s designed! This is absolutely frustrating! Defy needs to arrange for this fridge to be picked up and reimburse me for the 2 years used! Stay away from defy products quality has dropped drastically!!!!!
