DONT BUY DEFY STOVES!!!

<p>Bought a Defy Kitchenaire 621 Solid plate stove. No witing diagrams in the manual. When you call DEFY they tell you that they can't help you. I called DEFY service division to book DEFY to come and do this. The rude DEFY staff told me, we are technicians and not electricians - so get your own. Now the DEfy Manual says it must be done professionally !!!. Is it not an ISO requitrement to have witing diagrams? Does the consumer act not say you need to supply proper installation details if you are selling electrical products in SA. </p> <p>But DEFY has their money and now it is my proble. If it is done wrong - then the guaranties and warranties are not VALID !!!!!</p>
