DON'T BUY DEFY PRODUCTS...

Defy has lost the plot, they can't seem to fix my new washing machine. So called technicians came to my home like 8-10 times already but only to waste my valuable time and still the machine is not fixed. The latest excuse is that their is no part available and as soon as he receives it, he'll call me. It's now well over 2 months and still nothing, not even a courtesy call. I have ALL defy appliances at home and they starting to pack up one by one and they still under warranty. I'm not sure whether to get them in to try and fix it or just not buy defy products anymore! I'm lost for words because defy where such a reputable brand and to encounter this is shocking. I'm aware that things can go faulty but where is the customer support! They collected the monies I paid for these items, now they forgotten me. Short term goals for them is to make money, long term they gonna lose customers due to there lack of service delivery. Let's see how long it lasts because competitors are hot on their trail.
