Don’t buy Defy, customer service is poor and so is quality.
When I was looking to buy a new washing machine everyone warned me from buying defy but I ignored them and bought a defy washing machine.
Now whilst still under warranty i have logged a repair, technicians have been out , and parts have been ordered for repairs, 3 weeks later i am still waiting and no word from defy. Very, very poor. I would not buy defy again nor would I recommend defy too anyone.

Besides for the machine becoming faulty it was a very good washing machine.
Defy has upheld their guarantee and for that i am grateful.
