DONT BUY DEFY APPLIANCES. THEY SELL REFURBISHED AND DAMAGED UNITS!
Dear Hello Peter reader. I ll write everything with caps so defy might hear my voice. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY DISGUST FROM DEFY APPLIANCES. I BOUGHT FRIDGE FROM MAKRO ONLINE. AFTER DELIVERY, I NOTICED FRIDGE WAS DAMAGED AND REPAIRED UNIT SENT BY DEFY. I CONTACTED MAKRO AND THEY HAVE PROVIDED REPLACEMENT UNIT. GUESS WHAT? THAT UNIT ALSO DAMAGED!!! IT SEEMS DEFY SELLS ALL ******* AND REFURBISHED UNIT TO PEOPLE WHO IS LOOKING FOR BLACK FRIDAY DEALS. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING, COMPANY LIKE DEFY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FESTIVE SEASON AND SELL ALL DAMAGED PRODUCT. i ll never ever buy and i ll never ever recommend Defy anyone. PLEASE ARRANGE COLLECTION AND PROVIDE MY REFUND. UTTERLY DISGUST.

19 Nov 2021, 15:09Thanks for the reply but i don't want nothing from DEFY. I would rather go and get myself BOSCH and have a piece of mind. DEFY? Never, ever. I have contacted Makro also. They said they are not happy with Defy products and they will have meeting with DEFY. I hope would decide to not sell brand like DEFY. It is damaging their reputation. They also added that most of Defy items are returns back. So that is proving that DEFY quality is dropped drastically.
I only want from Makro to collect this ******* fridge and throw it to bin! Shame on you guys! You guys made me sick and waste my 10days.I wish i could charge you guys for it but it is a big unfortunate, i cannot! Well, you have lost a lot!You dirt your brand's name. Well done!

She was extremely rude and she was advising me to go to MAKRO and complain to Makro!!!.
