Dont buy Defy Appliances - Manufacturing faults and no service!!!!

We have 5 Defy Fridges Model C320 which all are leaking gas. I am a refrigerator engineer. I have opened the back, covered in polyurethane and could find the suction pipe with holes. This is a manufacturing fault. They used the wrong pipe material which will corrode after the guarantee period and leaks on different places. I wrote this to the service department - '***', but no response whatsoever!! What a bad service!!!!
