Don't bother with Defy.
Impossible to get assistance or contact with Defy. Been calling, emailing and whatsapp'ing to no avail. Defy whatsapp messages (several of which) go ignored for weeks. Calls are never answered. Emails are not responded to. Don't bother with Defy.
