Don't ever Rely on Defy

<p>I bought a new Defy 530l chest freezer, for the first time I used it, I lost R4320-00 worth of stock, due to a faulty thermostat, I could have doubled the value, but even being honest about the whole thing, now they cime with a different story. The tech come on the 3rd day after reporting the fault. He then told me Defy has a claims department if I have proof of payment of the stock I have lost, witch I do have. Now that I got the dealer to contact Defy about the claims department, they don't have such a department. Defy has to change their slogan for.... You can Rely on Defy to.....
