Don not waste your time and energy on Defy Appliances. Horrible Customer Services

This company's customer service is pathetic. I have been struggling to get my money back as my washing machine has been giving problems in the first 6 months. They send out technicians after technicians for the past year since December 2021. The manager is not available when calling. I am so frustrated with this company and they will never see me again. They are the definition of bad customer service.
