Do stay away from DMO 390 Microwave Oven
I recently bought the new Defy DMO 390 from Game. Immediately after installing, the microwave won't spin at all, I tried utilising the manual and this thing won't work at all. I urge everyone not to buy this oven, worst purchase ever!

Kindly remove the glass tray to check for any residue/obstruction that may hinder the function of roller track.
If this is still an issue, Kindly take your unit back to the retailer or to your nearest service centre for assessment and resolution.
