DO NOT EVER BUY DEFY

<p>I wrote a hello peter complaint, as well as a facebook complaint and contact their management, this was 25 November 2016, exactly one year after my first service call was logged. It is now 7 Dec and I am still nowhere. From what I can see on hello peter reviews and other people I speak to, DO NOT EVER BUY A DEFY. they do not come back to you. when soemthing is comepletely broken they refuse to replace it and just try to put parts in the whole time even though its not working, and they do not even know whats going on . I had three different people phone me today not one knowing what the next person is doing. What a freakin joke! All I can say is tell everyone you know to never ever buy a defy!</p>
