DO NOT BUY WEAK DEFY APPLIANCES...WASTE YOUR MONEY NOT ON THAT *******

I bought a Defy twin**** 1300 at OK furnishers in Mt Frere. Within the first 12 months, the dryer was broken. I visited OK and a technician was sent. When I spoke to the guy he said he had 4 more clients to visit with same problem around Mt Frere. A few months later my neighbour bought one. Within its first 12 months the dryer died and was fixed by their technician. My dryer is again not working and when I spoke to my neighbour, hers is not working as well as the clips of the door are broken. We went to OK and were told guarantee is gone. Defy appliances surely makes these dryers to be weak so that you can always buy after it breaks. And I noticed one I bought for my mom that after its first year of use, its dryer was not working. I just want to warn you South Africans that even though Defy appliances look nice, they are not worth buying. I threw away two microwave ovens before noticing that it's not how we use them but how it was manufactured. Do not buy Defy appliances, they just a waste.
