Do not buy Defyb

Good day

I bought a washing machine last year from Fair Price 01/09/2023..

I had to log a complaint first before I received my washing machine..

We move from that,a year the machine is making funny noise,I log a call with Defy,a rude mechanic gets appointed to come and check rhe machine.

I explained that I have a child in icu and pressed for time and couldnt be bothered. The next thing is the battle that started to get the machine fixed which to this I am the one who is doing all the follow up and my machine is not fixed.

The company appointed Barnard TV and Appliances is the company appoited..

If I knew what I know now I would have a bought a different brand ...
