Do not buy Defy Chest Freezers, their keys are Useless.

I bought a Defy Chest Freezer so that I can lock the Freezer. I bought it on Takealot. The picture had a very nice lock with a key. The Freezer that I received has a little black key with a square metal point. I phoned Defy. The key can unlock any Defy Chest Freezer. So any one with a Defy Freezer can unlock my Freezer. They also say I can't change the lock. I would like Defy to contact me with a solution.
